Rik Reppe

Rik Reppe talks a lot. And travels a lot. Sometimes he talks a lot about things he’s seen on his travels. He calls these episodes “shows”. Rik trots out a new show every couple of years or so and then spends a couple of years screwing around with it until he feels like he got it right. His past shows include Staggering Toward America, Glorious Noise, and Santa Man. He still does these shows at various places around the country on an exceedingly erratic basis. Got a bookin’ agent (Rena Shagan Associates) and everything. Along with doing shows he has appeared as a commentator on Sound Money (he has a graduate degree in economics so he sorta knows what he’s talking about) and the occasional one-off NPR thing.  He also sucks up bandwidth blogging for Liberal Media Elite.

When he’s not traveling and talking for fun he travels and talks for his job as a management consultant. This allows him to accumulate far too many frequent flier miles and hotel chain loyalty points.
